| 1. How do I make a claim? |

| 2. What sort of injury can I claim for? |
| Any injury whether physical, mental or emotional which arises as a result of an accident that was not your fault. |

| 3. Can I claim for an accident that happened a while ago? |
| The usual rule is that claims must be submitted within 3 years of the happening of the accident or 3 years from the date that you became aware that you had sustained an injury in certain other cases. The Court does have discretion to allow cases to proceed late. We can advise you on that, if necessary, on an individual basis. |

| 4. What if my claim is not successful? |
| We deal with virtually all of our clients on a no-win no-fee basis. If you do not win, providing you co-operate fully with us throughout the claim you will not be charged a penny. |

| No, your costs will be paid by the losing party in addition to your compensation. The service is therefore entirely without cost to you, providing you have cooperated throughout. |

| No. To dismiss an employee without a good reason, handled in a fair way, would give rise to a claim against your employer. |
